RLW-3系列油墨廢水處理設備

污水處理系統(tǒng)為實現紙箱廠污水零排放而設計。主要針對印刷工段產生的水性油墨廢水。此類廢水具有高濃度、高懸浮物、可生化性差等特點。
工藝采用物化方法處理水性油墨廢水，使用西門子PLC（可編程邏輯控制器）作為主要邏輯控制核心，與人機界面組成電氣控制系統(tǒng)。
本污水處理系統(tǒng)設有手動控制、自動控制兩種運行模式，具體運行方式采用操作面板進行選擇，參數的輸入是通過人機界面對話而實現，設計合理，操作簡便，工藝******。

Sewage treatment system is designed to realize zero discharge of wastewater from carton factory. This paper mainly aims at the water-based ink wastewater produced by printing section. Such wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration, high suspended solids and poor biodegradability.
The physical and chemical method is used to treat water-borne ink wastewater. Siemens PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used as the main logic control core to form an electrical control system with human-machine interface.
The sewage treatment system has two operation modes: manual control and automatic control. The operation mode is selected by operation panel. The input of parameters is realized by human-machine interface dialogue. The design is reasonable, the operation is simple and the process is advanced.
